From start to finish, our BiForm supplier was exceptional. I knew deck maintenance would kill me slowly (I like to keep on top of all my maintenance!) so, despite people telling me to be wary of it, I was keen to go composite if I could find a quality product. I emailed for a quote and got a several deck plan layout options, with pricing, very quickly. Reece felt like a friendly neighbour as he was always quick to offer to pop around and have a chat about what we were after. He dropped off some samples (quality = ✅ check!), and we decided on the Camo Brown colour. Despite getting the quote some time before we were ready to commit, BiForm were able to honour the original price quoted despite rising costs and a looming price increase. They offered to store the decking until we were able to use it, and a few months later delivered it within the fortnight of us asking. My husband decided to tackle the build himself, and Reece was there every step of the way. Quick to offer friendly advice, images of his own installs, and always responding in a timely manner. We needed a few extra boards (our install mistake!) and it was no problem. We also easily got a credit for a few unused items like the (very handy) joist mounts. We’re stoked with our new outdoor area, it really has given us an extra whole room. If you’re considering composite – look no further. BiForm are the people to get it from.

My Biform composite deck, supplied by Reece in Canterbury South, was completed a few days ago. The deck is 3 m deep and 11.4 m wide, with an extra piece on one end 1 m × 2.7 m. Two experienced builders worked 35 hours in total to build it. They had not worked with this product before, but found the plans supplied by Biform, and the advice given by Reece, to be quite straightforward. I have found Reece to be very helpful and quick to respond to questions both simple and complex. The end result looks as good as the photographs in the brochures. Only time will tell whether it will still look as good after 10 years of Canterbury sunshine, but I have no reason to doubt the advertisements.

If you are in the market for a composite deck, I confidently recommend Reece. He provided extensive before-sale information, measured the spaces and arranged for a design to be made, oversaw delivery to my house, liaised with the builder to ensure everything was done correctly, and returned afterwards to give the deck a final wash.

We wanted to upgrade our outdoor living area and that included the deck. We researched both synthetic and wood products including pine and Kwila. We were drawn to the Biform product and went and looked at several decks that had been installed using it. Eventually we decided on Biform and we used the builder that Biform recommended.

Both decisions were brilliant. Shane and team from Absolute builders were fantastic. The workmanship is superb. Although Biform costs a bit more,  it will last a lot longer and have none of the ongoing maintenance costs of other products.
